Welcome to the IT@JH Support Center. The Support Center is responsible for first level support. Clients of the Johns Hopkins Community contact the center via one of our 3 (help) extention lines: (410) 955-HELP (4357); or by either of our email addresses: help@jhmi.edu and help@jhu.edu. Staff in this area perform triage service, handling specific incidents for which they are trained. They then distribute all other calls to the unit which can best respond to the incident. The call center operates on a 24 hour day / 7 day week. Kevin J. White Manager of Support Center Johns Hopkins @ Mt. Washington Davis Building, Suite 001 5801 Smith Ave. Baltimore, Md. 21209
